The EnConn EOC-IN-B Ethernet over Coax extender enables transmission of 10Mbps Ethernet data over 200m(650ft) of RG59 video-grade coax cable.

It supports 10mbps bandwidth, full duplex but is a passive device with no additional power requirements.  As it is miniature in size, the installer can easily put an EOC series device in the housing of camera.  

EnConn EOC-IN-B Ethernet over Coax is a perfect solution for updating Analog based Security Surveillance systems to IP based control systems using much of the original coax cabling infrastructure. Much of the existing coax cable and devices such as cameras may be integrated into a more scalable, manageable solution.


The EOC-IN-B Ethernet over Coax consist of duplicated 2 easy to install unit:

  • Ethernet over Coax / IP over coax

  • 10 Mbps  / Full duplexer

  • Coax cable: RG59 video-grade coaxial cable or better
